The ISO 9000 standards provide a proven framework to help ensure consistent delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements. LSi achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in August 2009.  Our Quality Management System undergoes comprehensive annual audits and helps ensure we continually improve our processes and procedures to deliver for our customers.

ISO 20000 is a customer-focused international standard for IT Infrastructure service delivery practices to help optimize IT service management for cost effectiveness and efficiency.  The ISO 20000 Standard promotes an integrated process approach to provide a stable framework for IT service management and improve the quality, reputation and consistency of services.  LSi received its ISO 20000:2011 certification in December 2009.

The ISO 27000 series of standards improves processes and procedures for management of sensitive information assets. It provides requirements for an information management security system (ISMS) that applies a thorough risk management process to keep property, financial, personnel and other sensitive information secure. LSi received its ISO 27001:2013 in April 2016.

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) DEV is used for process improvement in organizations that develop products. It contains practices that cover project management, process management, systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering and other supporting processes used in development and maintenance. LSi was appraised at CMMI-DEV ML3 in September 2013.

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) SVC provides guidance for organizations that provide services within their organization and to external customers. LSi was appraised at CMMI-SVC ML3 in April 2016.
