Professional Development
We encourage education & career development by providing a reimbursement plan of $2,500 per calendar year. Reimbursement funds are available for job-related certifications, memberships, training, and tuition.
Paid Time Off
Link offers 11 Paid Holidays per year. Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued on a per pay period basis with new team members accruing 10 PTO days per calendar year. After their first year they accrue 14 days per calendar year.

401k Retirement
We offer our team members the opportunity to participate in our 401k plan starting on the 1st of the month following their start date. Our match is 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the following 2%.
